This product exceeded my expectations massively. The texture of the product is really nice light and no smell whatsoever.
Not worth it
I got this in a Christmas kit in the shade Lean in. I’m not sure if the problem is the shade or the gloss itself but I don’t think it’s a product to use on its own.
Super glittery and not very lasting
I got this product in the shade 872 Glit/Doré. I find that the colour looks nice on first application but as soon as you blend it it fades and you’re just left with a bunch of glitter in your eye.

As I said above, this year, we have to enter our names, contact details & answer the 25-word question BEFORE we vote. So, I wonder if we have to do our voting all at once? In previous years, we could vote in a few categories, then vote in other categories a few days later. It was only after we'd finished voting that we had to answer the 26-word question. I'm going to play it safe this year & vote all in one go.
It appears that way misfortune8 , fill out the form first, then vote. Only problem, it doesn't work. I did on a laptop due to having problems with this voting the last 2 years. Filled out everything then it takes you to voting and no products to vote for. The categories and sub categories are there but no products. Just tried on the tablet as well and fill out the form again and a message comes up, only one entry per person.
Oh no, Trackydacky! So the system has you as entered, but you didn't get to vote! I'd email Bh about this glitch - you want your votes to count! If you can't enter, then nobody else will be able too, either.

That's right mis8. I should have waited a few days to try as there always seems to be problems with voting for this every year.
Think I’ll wait until the last few days to vote - give it the 2 weeks for any issues to be fixed and find out more about the voting.

Your right misfortune8, I was up to my last category of voting when I got distracted with my kids and when I came back to finish my voting it took me back to the start. Very disappointed
I'd rather have to go back to the beginning & vote again than to have my votes not count, so it could be worse, Fefe.

You can also vote for more than 1 product - I’m sure we couldn’t do that before
The entrant has up to 100 votes (max.) they can place, and may submit more than one (1) vote for each sub-category e.g. best body moisturiser
Can i ask something I've never understood- does listing the product you like count for the 25 words? What if the product has long name?
It probably does count.
There's no separate field for you to enter the product name, so it would count in the 25 words. That's a problem if the product has a long name.
I joined Beautyheaven late last year but due to covid, home schooling and my father in law nearly dying of heart failure I haven’t had the time to come back onto the site. Lets face it ,This year has hit us all hard hasn’t it. Anyhoo I had a spare few minutes and thought that I would check this site out again and to my surprise there was this wonderful beauty awards. I never win anything but thought that I would enter and vote plus I was curious as to what products were nominated.I entered my details and registered and I started voting. I voted about 50 times and I did see the submit votes link at the bottom of the screen but I had only a few more products that I wanted to vote for. I clicked on the product that I wanted to vote for next but it said we are counting your vote so be patient and keep on browsing while you wait. So I did browse the remaining products and went back to the product I wanted to previously vote for and it then said – You cannot vote more times in this contest. Like a previous member said I also tried to start from the beginning and register but after i went to register it said I could only vote once .I don’t know what has happened. Has my registered 25 words or less disappeared? What happened to my votes and why can I no longer vote? I am sure that I was way under the 100 vote limit. There were so many wonderful products that were nominated and whatever happens I look forward to seeing which products win an award.
This happened to me as well. I sent an email and didn't get a response. I waited a few days and tried again. I had to completely start over but after sumbitting a few votes it said I couod not vote anymore but there was no option to submit. I even tried DM beautyheaven via instagram but I haven't had a reply from anyone and now voting is over. Missed my chance to vote and for the possible amazing prize.
I'm waiting until the issue is fixed. As soon as I saw the member details page pop up and the register button I knew something wasn't quite right.

Hi Beauties.I don't know if it had anything to do with BH resetting or what I did myself but I was able to vote. I went on the same computer I first registered.It would come up that I registered and would take me to products but all the products that I voted for were not voted for, if that makes sense.And then it would say I could no longer vote....hmmmm weird. Anyhow I went to my history and cleared my history browser data and cookies and I went back to vote. There was no problem.I was able to vote for all the products that I loved and had tried.I was a little worried voting thinking the same thing would happen and I wouldn't be able to finish. I reached the end of voting.I voted for about 60 products. I submitted votes and a Thank you for voting popped up. So ladies....if you are still having problems try clearing your history on the same device that you registered with.Hope this helps ☺️

I tried to enter but it said I couldn't vote for any more products and nothing popped up to say I had entered or finished my votes. Then when I tried again it said I already entered? I didn't get to vote for all my products. Doh it screwed up.
Did you read Mummykins' tip, above? It might work if you clear your history? I hope you get to finish voting, Ness!
It won't let meeeeeeee it says I've entered already but I only got up to the haircare votes and it must of submitted my entry. Doh.
I'm sure if you write to them they can fix it.
It seems like if you vote on something and then change your mind, you can't undo that vote! Looks like I have to clear cookies and start all over again. Grrr.
