Lavender. You don't want anything stimulating in the evening, lavender will calm you down after working out. :-))
Lavender for sure, it relaxes the body. Oil's are great for bath time's but shower gel's are better for showers.

Yep go with the lavender. Citrus fruits are great in the morning to reenergize.
Lush does a Sleepy body moisturiser which has lavender (and I think chamomille) in it. They also have a massage bar that works for sore muscles. I'm using both at the moment and can't imagine life without it.
Lavender is the way to go if you're using it at night as its relaxing/calming
Lavender... Citrus tends to be more of a pick me up or a stimulant... Lemon grass is more for balancing but isn't necessarily a calming oil...
Of the 3 oils you mention Lavender would the best one to use.
